Greenpeace of New Zealand Incorporated (Supreme Court)

NOTE: Based on the Supreme Court's decision Te Rātā Atawhai, the Charities Registration Board declined Greenpeace of New Zealand Incorporated (Greenpeace) application.

Greenpeace appealed the decision of the Board, and the appeal was upheld by the High Court. The High Court held Greenpeace of New Zealand Incorporated (Greenpeace) qualifies for registration.
